What we collect

• Your account: name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) password. We never store your password itself.
• Your shop: shop name, type, postcode, days you're closed and any stock-waste estimate you choose to give.
• Your sales: the files and figures you upload or enter.

Why we use it

To run your account, build your forecasts, send you your daily email, and take payment. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Our hosting and database provider, to run the service.
• An email service, to send your emails.
• Stripe, to take payments. We never see your card number.
• Weather and postcode services. They receive a location, never your name or sales.
• An AI search service (Google Gemini), to find events near your shop each month. It receives your shop's postcode and area, and its kind (for example “cafe”), never your name, email or sales.

Cookies

Only the ones we need: one keeps you signed in and one protects our forms. No tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. If your account is paused or cancelled we keep your data for about 90 days in case you come back, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights
